Pricing Updates:
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to account for market fluctuations or manufacturing costs. Dealers will receive updated price lists via email.
Payment Terms:
Net 30 terms available for approved dealers. New dealers must pay 50% upfront for the first three orders; full payment is due before shipment for non-approved accounts. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (3% processing fee), ACH, or Zelle.
Shipping Costs:
Freight costs are the responsibility of the dealer unless the order exceeds $5,000 USD, in which case shipping is free within the continental U.S. International dealers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped parts. Non-defective returns may be accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the parts are unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
Return Process:
Dealers must contact the supplier to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. Return requests must include the order number, part number(s), and a detailed explanation (e.g., defect description with photos for defective items). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping for non-defective returns: Supplier covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. Dealer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
Refunds or Credits:
Refunds or account credits will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned parts. Refunds for defective items will include the original purchase price and any initial shipping costs. Non-defective returns will be credited minus the 20% restocking fee and any initial shipping costs.
Exclusions:
Special order or custom parts are non-returnable unless defective. Parts damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the dealer or their customers are not eligible for return.
