Brutale 1000 / Dragster 800 - International Fender Eliminator

The final result absolutely makes the efforts to install it worth it. 

It's a big job, though. Probably gonna take you a full day. The installation manual is doing a decent job of guiding you, though having the pictures at each step and not grouped at the bottom might have helped. I recommend you take pictures and group the screws with each part. 

That being said, the end result is simply awesome!

So, I fitted the billet extension and large plate holder.
You have to remove the wheel, remove the belly pan, pipe(s) cat, exhaust valve servo, disassemble the seat and then reroute wires before reassembling.
If using the billet arm, I would extend the wires for the blinkers and plate light to give yourself freedom to work in the limited space between the seat tub and the rear light assembly.
Use strong loctite on the billet arm bolts because there is obviously some moment on the arm and they nearly worked themselves free after my shakedown ride using only blue loctite.
I used Rizoma blinkers and had to rebuild to take account for all the resistors I had to add to get the lights working right - and then squeezing them all in under the seat along with the quadlock charger unit.

All in all the kit is beautifully made, but quite involved to fit. The good news is that disassembling the bike made me replace a bunch of old fittings while I was under there, and clean in some places that aren't normally accessible.

Fitted this tail tidy to my 2024 dragster 800 RC. Seriously great product well made easy to fit. I couldn’t find a nice tail tidy untill I found this. Look no further guys this is the one to have. I’m in the uk and shipping was quick and only £19.97 customs fee. Only down side is the indicators flash fast so think I need a resistor but they look stunning with the perfect it in the recess of the back light. Top product keep up the fantastic work guys.

I don’t think I have ever used the term Awesome for a product review before, but this one certainly deserves it.
From the moment I received the tail tidy I was impressed, even the packaging shows an attention to detail I have never seen before and the product does not let you down. The pieces of the tidy are incredibly well made and suit the style of the bike brilliantly. Even the replacement bolts look good.
When I looked at the instructions I have to admit I was a little intimidated, it looked a really big job. But the instructions are really detailed and make sense and the pictures REALLY helped. I did the work in two sets, each about 4 hours, first the exhaust system and cabling, then the plastics and rear frame..
It is is fiddly work, so take your time and be prepared for close up work in and under the bike (have a solid paddock stand or rigid frame stand to make sure your bike is secure). You don’t need loads of tools, mostly a hex key set, and Phillips screw drivers. I didn’t need to take the rear wheel off, but it did make it a bit more fiddly.
I’m no mechanic, but I have a basic understanding and I didn’t find it difficult, just time consuming. It even uses the original indicators and plate light to make life easier!
Brilliant product and well worth the money. Really pleased.
